Carl is a partner and head of our Construction & Infrastructure team, specialising in work for Energy & Resource Management sector clients.
He is a well-regarded expert on a wide range of clean energy projects having worked in senior roles in private practice for over 20 years as well as in-house. His experience includes on-shore & off-shore wind, biomass/CHP projects, energy-from-waste & anaerobic digestion, battery storage, solar, tidal developments, and pipeline renewal. He has extensive experience supporting clients including investors (debt and equity), energy companies, utilities, distribution network operators, developers, technology providers, landowners and government bodies.
A recognised expert in the Legal 500, Carl brings a deep knowledge of the legal and contractual complexities involved in the delivery of significant energy, construction and infrastructure projects. His experience spans rail, energy, waste and social infrastructure.
