Trainee Solicitor
Frank is a trainee solicitor in the corporate team. He assists with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, private equity investments and company reorganisations. Frank completed his first seat in the real estate team, assisting with a wide array of matters across the development and investment teams.
Prior to starting as a trainee, Frank worked as a paralegal in the construction & infrastructure team at Ashfords for 4 years. Alongside this Frank has studied a Masters in Law and the SQE. Before his career in Law, Frank read Politics at the University of Exeter.
