Biography
Freya is a trainee solicitor in the employment team at Ashfords, working across both contentious and non-contentious matters for a broad range of clients, from individuals to large companies and franchises.
Freya joined Ashfords in October 2025 as a paralegal in the employment team, where she is currently spending the first seat of her training contract. Since joining, she has gained experience acting for both claimants and respondents in Employment Tribunal claims, working closely with clients across a variety of sectors and sizes. Beyond Tribunal work, her experience extends to drafting employment contracts and service agreements, alongside authoring legal articles and guidance materials that support clients' wider commercial understanding of employment law.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Freya worked for a global aviation company supporting on commercial procurement contracts across the UK.
Freya studied Law at Cardiff University, graduating in 2023, before completing her LPC and an MSc in Law and Business at the University of Law in 2024.
