Solicitor
Georgia is a solicitor in the real estate team specialising in all aspects of commercial property transactions.
Georgia advises clients on a range of commercial real estate matters including landlord and tenant transactions, leases, acquisitions, disposals, property finance, franchise and SIPP/SSAS scheme transactions.
Georgia joined Ashfords in 2020 as a paralegal in the real estate team before qualifying as a solicitor in 2024. Prior to joining Ashfords, she worked in the commercial and household recoveries team at DAC Beachcroft after graduating from Northumbria University with the LPC LLM.
