Early Careers Assistant
Isabella is an Early Careers Assistant, responsible for coordination of the trainee solicitor life cycle, acting as support from recruitment to qualification.
Isabella supports aspects of the graduate recruitment campaign, including application screening and the organisation of summer schemes and assessment centres. She is a key contact for knowledge and Trainee Solicitors during their time at the firm, monitoring the progress of their training, whilst supporting and empowering them to achieve their goals and objectives.
In support of the Talent Attraction team, Isabella also helps to create content for and facilitate the delivery of the firm’s graduate marketing campaigns and events.
Having previously graduated from the University of Exeter with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, Isabella joined the Talent Attraction Team at Ashfords in 2024.
