Biography

Jasmine is an associate in our Residential & Rural Property team. Jasmine specialises in residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), auction sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equities, transfers of part and help to buy redemptions.

Jasmine also deals with lease extensions and is currently working with Wandsworth Borough Council in connection with the drafting of their Leases within the District of London under the Leasehold Reform and Urban Development Act.

Jasmine has worked in residential conveyancing since 2012 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2019 which provides specialism in the Conveyancing Sector.

Jasmine works closely with local estate agents within Exeter where the connection ensures clients can receive the best service.
