Biography
Sadie is a Solicitor in the Real Estate department.
Sadie advises clients on all aspects of commercial property including: secured lending; acquisition and disposal of residential development property; landlord and tenant; reports on title and property due diligence.
Relevant experience
- National banks and other secured lenders: Advising national banks and other secured lenders on all property aspects of secured lending transactions including financing, refinancing, development finance and acquisition finance.
- Residential Developers: Assisting with the acquisition of a development site requiring the purchase of multiple titles from different owners, extensive title due diligence and rectification of title defects, and an option agreement.
- Residential Developers: Acting on behalf of developers in the disposal of their sites through sale of individual dwellings both at build completion and during the course of construction on the basis of conditional contracts.
- Private Company: Advising the client on the refinance of their investment portfolio of properties worth £2.5 million.
