Ashfords continues to advise Digital Voices, a UK and US-based influencer marketing agency, with day-to-day legal queries to support successful everyday business.
The commercial team supported the influencer marketing agency with the re-draft of brand and content provider agreements, along with expert advice on the intellectual property created by Digital Voices and content providers.
Ashfords also supported negotiations with agents and content providers. Ashfords provided training to the Digital Voices team on how to address the nuances of digital marketing and contract negotiation.
The key challenge was revising Digital Voice’s template agreements, so that they were easily accessible and understood. This exercise resulted in multiple stakeholders contributing to the templates, with the end result being something that has eased the legal and administrative burden on the business.
Day-to-day, Digital Voices relies on succinct and uncomplicated advice. Given the nature of the business, this advice is required and delivered within a short turnaround and involves a variety of different legal matters from IP advice to points of contractual law. We are able to provide responsive advice utilising our expertise in the industry.
A new client of the firm, Digital Voices runs campaigns for brands to drive awareness, engagement, conversion and brand advocacy.
Jennifer-Quiqley Jones CEO at Digital Voices, said: “Kristy and the team at Ashfords have been great to work with. They respond to queries quickly, work to understand the needs of our business and take the time to explain complex matters in layman terms.”
