Described by Labour as the “biggest upgrade to workers’ rights in a generation” and “historic legislation”, the Employment Rights Bill, which Labour committed to present in their first 100 days in power, is promised to deliver a “new deal” for workers. The bill was laid before parliament on 10 October, so join us for this webinar to understand the key details.

  • Restrictions on fire and rehire
  • Removal of waiting period for Statutory Sick Pay
  • Flexible working by default
  • Increased pay reporting
