Ashfords LLP has been successfully re-appointed to the legal services framework for the London Boroughs’ Legal Alliance (LBLA).

Ashfords has been appointed to both lots of the panel Lot 1 - Regeneration, and for the first time is now also appointed to Lot 2 - the full range of Legal Services, including Litigation, Commercial, Property and Miscellaneous public law work.

The new framework, which came into effect on 8th July 2022 and will be effective until 7th July 2025, with an option to extend for a further 12 months is the fourth LBLA legal services Framework and is used by the majority of local authorities in London and the surrounding area. Ashfords has been providing complex regeneration advice and support to many of its London Borough clients under Lot 1, however our appointment to Lot 2 enables us to offer a much wider range of services to the LBLA members.

Lucy Woods, Partner and Head of Public Sector at Ashfords LLP said:  "We are delighted to continue as a supplier to the LBLA and our appointment to Lot 2 further emphasizes the strength and depth of expertise we have to offer to the public sector. We look forward to the opportunities that our appointment to the LBLA Framework will bring and to working closely with the LBLA members to help them deliver their goals over the coming months and years."
