Ashfords’ real estate team was awarded Property Law Firm of the Year at last night's Insider Property Awards South West.
The awards recognise the achievements and excellence of businesses operating in the real estate sector in the region.
The team were recognised for the variety of transactions on which they’ve advised over the last year, which has included acting for a mixture of housing developers, national restaurant brands and local authorities. The judges said that the team’s ability to deliver on sizable deals in tight time frames was particularly noteworthy.
