Ashfords is sponsoring the equity investors category at this year’s HealthInvestor Power List awards, which recognise the most influential leaders in the UK healthcare sector.

Running for almost 15 years and judged by a panel of independent experts, the list celebrates the most effective, inspiring and influential leaders in health and social care. The equity investor category recognises investors with a history of significant, successful investments in impactful businesses, and effective investment strategy, maximising returns across a varied portfolio. Other sponsors include Kingsley Healthcare, Shackletons and Shawbrook Bank.

Jocelyn Ormond, partner and head of healthcare and life sciences at UK law firm Ashfords said:

“We continue to see UK and overseas investors allocate growing amounts of capital to healthcare, investing in businesses and supporting developments and innovation that will have real impact across the sector. We look forward to celebrating those investments and investors that are helping to drive the industry forward at the HealthInvestor Power List awards in early December.”

Submissions for the HealthInvestor Power List close on 31 October. The list will be announced at an awards lunch in London on 3 December. The HealthInvestor Power List is produced by HealthInvestor – a leading source of news and intelligence for investors, operators and advisors focused on the health & social care sector.
