Paralegal (Solicitor Apprentice)
Beth is a paralegal and fourth year solicitor apprentice in the banking and finance team.
Beth has a variety of experience in non-contentious banking and finance transactions including: general financing, acquisition finance, refinancings and property and development finance.
Beth supports her team with drafting finance agreements, various security documents, supporting ancillary documentation and advising both borrower and lender clients on the same.
Beth joined Ashfords LLP in 2016 as a legal administration apprentice and qualified as a paralegal in 2020 via the firm's paralegal apprenticeship. Beth is now one of the first cohorts of solicitor apprentices at Ashfords.
