Biography

Carl is a legal director and SRA regulated solicitor in the Residential & Rural Property Team. He advises on a wide range of property matters. Carl has been qualified as a Solicitor since 2010.

Carl acts for clients ranging from property developers, investors, high net worth individuals and first time buyers. Carl can assist with a wide variety of work, including residential conveyancing, complex high value transactions, the acquisition or sale of residential land for development, the splitting and division of property by transfer of part, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Relevant experience

Private client: Acting for private individual purchasing £2 million plus Grade II listed house and land.
Private company: Acting for company purchasing town house in Conservation Area for conversion and renovation to produce 9 residential flats.
Private clients: Advising private individuals on sales and purchases, including high value properties to first time buyers.
Private company: Acting for company to remortgage existing residential property portfolio.
