Solicitor
Chelsey is a Solicitor in the Corporate team. Chelsey assists the team with M&A transactions, investment rounds and company reorganisations.
Prior to qualifying into the Corporate team, Chelsey undertook seats in both the Employment and the Restructuring and Insolvency teams.
Before joining Ashfords Chelsey obtained a Scottish law degree at the University of Edinburgh and converted this to an English law degree with BPP University. Chelsey then went on to complete the Legal Practice (Solicitors) LLM with BPP University in Bristol. Chelsey also spent a number of years working as a paralegal in a Property Litigation team at a firm in Bath, and a paralegal in a Private Client and Trusts team at an offshore law firm in Guernsey.
