Trainee Solicitor
Chirag is a trainee solicitor within the corporate team, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, asset and share sales, venture capital and investment transactions, company restructuring and general company law matters.
He has worked as a paralegal within a managed legal service for the UK’s largest water and wastewater company assisting across a number of practice areas including civil and criminal litigation, property, competition and regulatory. He then went on to work as a paralegal in the property litigation team at a large regional law firm.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Chirag worked for a multinational oil and gas company supporting on the development and acquisition process of the electric vehicle charging network and infrastructure across the UK and Europe.
Chirag graduated from the University of Exeter in 2015 having studied Law, and then went on to study the LPC at BPP University in Bristol graduating in 2020.
