Solicitor
Chloe is a solicitor in the Family team and a member of Resolution. She advises clients across a range of private family law matters including complex child arrangements, divorce and financial remedy. Chloe also advises unmarried couples on asset protection and cohabitation agreements.
Chloe assists her clients with sole and joint divorce applications, voluntary financial disclosure, out of court settlement and contentious financial proceedings. In addition to conventional financial claims, Chloe has experience in dealing with intervenor claims, third party experts, cross-border divorces and issuing outside of the jurisdiction. Chloe takes a commercial approach to her advice.
Chloe also advises on complex children issues involving child arrangement orders, child maintenance, schedule 1 claims for financial support, guardianship and family assessments.
Before qualifying into the Family team, Chloe undertook seats in Commercial and Restructuring & Insolvency. Chloe draws on her experience with these teams to assist Family clients who are also experiencing issues with their business interests. Chloe works collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to provide tailored advice to clients on a range of matters
