Private client: Purchase of a Grade II listed building with annexe that had a relation of the seller who was not in a position to immediately move out. A tenancy was agreed which enabled the matter to complete within the SDLT holding saving the client thousands of pounds.
Private clients: Successfully claimed several beach huts on a south Devon beach by adverse possession which included collating evidence and preparing various statutory declarations to support such evidence.
Private client: Acting on behalf of various clients in the sale of unregistered property at auction.
