Paralegal
Connor is a paralegal in the property disputes team, specialising in housing disrepair claims.
Connor works primarily with large-scale landlords with diverse property portfolios and chiefly in defence of housing conditions claims. Connor has particular experience working within the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions Claims (England) and navigating the regulatory landscape of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
Graduating from a Russel Group University and gaining his LLB (Hons) degree in 2024, Connor has also gained legal research qualifications from Westlaw and LexisNexis before joining the team at Ashfords LLP.
