Biography

Elizabeth is a trainee solicitor in the construction and infrastructure team.

Elizabeth assists the team with contentious and non-contentious matters, advising on and negotiating the contractual documentation used within the construction and engineering sector and providing advice and assistance on dispute avoidance and resolution.

This is Elizabeth’s first seat. Prior to this, Elizabeth spent 2 years working as a paralegal in the real estate department. During her time in the real estate department, Elizabeth supported the team on a variety of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and grants of rights relating to land for commercial and residential development as well as landlord and tenant matters.

Before joining Ashfords, Elizabeth studied Spanish and International Relations at the University of Exeter, obtaining a first-class degree. She then went onto achieve a commendation in the GDL from the University of Law Exeter campus before beginning her training contract in 2024.
