Solicitor
Freddie is a solicitor in the corporate team. Freddie assists the team on a range of M&A transactions (acting for buyer and seller), investment rounds and company reorganisations.
Having spent the first six months of his training contract in the corporate team, Freddie qualified into the team in March 2024. Prior to qualifying, Freddie undertook a seat in our employment team where he gained experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Freddie also completed a seat in our real estate team where he supported the team on a range of commercial property matters including acquisition, disposal, finance and management of investment properties.
Before starting at Ashfords, Freddie worked at a local law firm in Plymouth alongside studying the LPC. Freddie worked on residential property matters, mainly working with developers on new build property transactions.
Freddie studied Management with Marketing with Industrial Experience at the University of Exeter, before going on to complete the GDL and LPC LLM with the University of Law in Exeter.
