Trainee Solicitor

Biography

Hannah is a trainee solicitor in the public sector team.

Hannah assists the team in advising local authorities, public bodies, port authorities and private contractors on the procurement process and drafting associated contracts. 

This is Hannah’s third seat. In her previous seats:-

  • Hannah completed her first seat in the planning & infrastructure consenting team. During her time in the planning & infrastructure consenting team Hannah supported on a variety of transactions including s.106’s, deeds of variations and deeds of discharge, as well as assisting on matters for judicial review. 
  • Hannah completed her second seat in the construction team where she assisted the team in a variety of client in both contentious and non-contentious matters such as advising on collateral warranties, the Building Safety Act and the Defective Premises Act.

Hannah studied Law at the University of Chester, obtaining a first-class degree and Valedictorian. She then went onto achieve a distinction in the LPC from the University of Law Exeter camps before beginning her training contract in 2023.
