Trainee Solicitor
Helene is a trainee solicitor currently undertaking her third seat in the commercial disputes team, whilst simultaneously completing her SQE Graduate Apprenticeship. Helene assists the team with a range of matters including debt recovery, breach of contract disputes, defamation and reputation management.
Helene started working for the firm as a paralegal in 2021, after graduating from the University of Aberdeen with a First Class Honours Degree in Law with English Law and European Legal Studies. Prior to joining the commercial disputes team, Helene gained experience in both the disputed wills and trusts team and the real estate team.
Helene is a committee member of Ashfords' XYBC and is regularly involved in organising and hosting events for young professionals in the Exeter area.
