Trainee Solicitor
Rachel is a trainee solicitor in the trusts and estates team.
Rachel completed her first seat of her training contract in the property litigation team, with a focus on housing disrepair disputes. She then moved to the employment team for her second seat, assisting the team on a variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Prior to accepting her role as trainee solicitor, Rachel worked in the trusts and estates team at Ashfords as a paralegal for four years. She assisted primarily with trust administration.
Rachel graduated from the University of Exeter in 2018 where she studied Law. She then studied the LPC with LMM part time whilst working at Ashfords as a Paralegal full time, and graduated in 2023 with Distinction.
