Biography
Ross is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Team specialising in a range of corporate transactions.
Ross advises on fund raising and investment rounds, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and asset purchases.
He is a member of the firm’s technology practice and has advised both companies and investors regarding venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as subsequent exits.
Ross joined the firm upon his qualification in September 2014.
Relevant experience
- SimplyCook – advising SimplyCook on multiple funding rounds through to series A investment, and the shareholders on the sale to Nestlé.
- Form3 – advising payment technology platform business Form3 on a series C investment round, raising approximately $160 million, led by Goldman Sachs.
- Craven Street Wealth – advising Craven Street on its acquisitions of wealth management and financial planning companies Kreston Reeves Financial Planning and Bernard Barrett Associates.
- BGF – advising BGF on multiple funding rounds, including the £10.5m series A investment led by BGF into smart boiler maker Tepeo and the £6.7m series A investment led by BGF into food waste reduction technology business It’s Fresh!.
- Hambro Perks – advising Hambro Perks on multiple funding rounds, including its investments in fintech businesses Fintern and Paytrix.
- Suri – advising sustainable electronic toothbrush business Coral Innovations (t/a Suri) on multiple funding rounds.
